Job summary

Entegris in Chaska, MN, is seeking a IT Portfolio and Project Management Co-Op for the Spring 2027 season. The role is full-time for 6 months, focused on supporting the Portfolio & Project Management Office (PMO) and enhancing PMO processes.

You will work with PMO staff to improve tools, document requirements, and support projects using Power Platform, PowerBI and Smartsheet. Strong MS Office skills and communication are essential, with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business information systems (IS), computer science, project management or related field, graduating Spring 2027 or later.
• Currently enrolled student; available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) from January through June.
• No sponsorship required; Entegris does not sponsor H1-B or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and refine existing PMO processes and documentation for training and project methodology execution.
• Enhance PMO tools by documenting requirements and aiding project execution.
• Test and implement changes within core PMO tools.
• Identify gaps and pain points in the PMO toolkit with PMO staff.
• Support PMO projects and initiatives.
• Assist Project Managers in resource planning using Power Platform, PowerBI and Smartsheet.
