Entegris, Inc. in Chaska, MN is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Program Coordination Co-op for the Spring 2027 season. This 6-month assignment supports large-scale transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA migrations, across multiple workstreams.

You will help improve governance, transparency, and delivery readiness by coordinating plans, RAID items, and executive-ready updates while collaborating with global teams and strengthening program governance practices.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, IS, business, or related field.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Interest in transformation, process improvement and digital initiatives.
Familiarity with MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support program execution coordination for enterprise transformation initiatives.
Maintain integrated program plans across workstreams and dependencies.
Document RAID items, risks, actions, issues, and follow-ups.
Prepare milestone, dependency, and status communications for leaders.
Assist with executive reporting and governance materials.
Coordinate program meetings, capture notes, and track decisions.
Identify gaps and recommend practical improvements to leadership.
