Job summary

Entegris in Bedford, MA is seeking an IT Program Management Co-Op for Spring 2027, a 6-month assignment. The role supports the PMO with artifacts and content development and offers a hybrid schedule (in-office 3 days, remote 2 days).

You will consolidate PMO artifacts, propose improvements, manage a backlog, and collaborate with peers to plan deliverables. Ideal candidates are third-year Information Systems or Business Administration students with PM concentration, ready for 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student and eligible for a co-op in Spring 2027.
• Hybrid office environment: in office 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and organize PMO artifacts and training materials.
• Recommend improvements to artifact creation, review, and management processes.
• Assist development of new content and improvement of existing content.
• Maintain a backlog for artifact development and improvement.
• Work with peers to define plans and timelines for artifact deliverables.
