Job summary

The State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Information Services in Salem, is seeking a Senior IT Oversight Analyst to oversee major IT projects for state agencies, guiding assessment, monitoring, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

In this hybrid, full-time role you will evaluate performance using the Oregon Stage Gate process, address risks with the QA program, and help ensure projects deliver mission-critical technology for Oregonians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and five years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work in Enterprise level IT business analysis, project quality assurance and/or project management.
• Any combination of experience and education equivalent to eight years of experience in Enterprise level IT business analysis, project quality assurance, and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of major IT projects across state agencies.
• Guide project assessment, monitoring, reporting, and portfolio management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate performance and health of major IT investments through the Oregon Stage Gate process.
• Collaborate with Senior IT Portfolio Managers and QA Program to address risks and improve outcomes.
