Job summary

State of Oregon seeks an Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Manager in Salem with 6+ years in IT leadership. You will guide cloud, data protection, IAM, and backup operations across hybrid environments, shaping statewide cloud strategy and governance.

You will supervise teams, manage budgets, and drive multi-year initiatives while aligning with security and compliance standards. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience; OR three years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, identity and access management, data protection, backup and recovery.
• Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise architecture concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and daily operations of the state’s enterprise cloud and data protection services.
• Develop statewide cloud strategy and ensure secure, high-performing services across on-premises and multi-cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design standardized cloud solutions and monitor systems for 24/7/365 continuity.
