For our client, we are seeking a GPS Portfolio Strategy and Governance to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape and govern a large-scale portfolio of strategic initiatives that support enterprise priorities across the healthcare organization. The selected individual will translate strategy into an actionable roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and create the visibility needed to drive execution and accountability. A strong mix of portfolio leadership, financial discipline, and executive communication will be essential to accelerate decision-making and deliver measurable outcomes. The position also calls for deep experience in prioritization, risk management, and benefits tracking across complex workstreams. In addition, the leader will help optimize resources, strengthen governance forums, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the portfolio remains focused on the highest-value opportunities. Location: Deerfield, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $232,000 – $319,000 annually

• Strong knowledge of 80/20 methodology and Lean and Six Sigma.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with financial acumen.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership and talent development.
