Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio management framework across IT, fostering collaborative partnerships with IT and Business teams to identify cost-effective solutions that deliver strategic value.

The role combines lean portfolio principles with the technology portfolio to create value-driven plans, manage risks and dependencies, and provide portfolio reporting to IT Leadership on budget, schedule, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Lean-Agile leadership and delivery experience.
• Experience building and operating lean portfolio management processes.
• Ability to communicate with IT and Business stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Mature lean portfolio management across IT.
• Develop value-oriented plans for budget and resource management.
• Provide portfolio status reporting to IT Leadership with KPI metrics.
• Guide cross-functional teams to align investments with organizational goals.
• Coach and mentor PMs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members in Lean-Agile practices.
• Define and implement portfolio governance, planning, data collection, and analysis processes.
