Job summary

Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX Company, is seeking a PMO Manager to lead and support a regional project portfolio valued around $15M. You will coach project managers, oversee governance, and collaborate with executives to drive portfolio outcomes across multiple initiatives.

You will manage cross-functional teams, balance scope, schedule, and resources, and promote continuous improvement in project delivery practices. Hybrid work options may be available based on location.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management, PMO, portfolio management, or related experience.
• 1-3+ years of people leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project teams, coaching project managers and promoting best practices.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio across full lifecycle: initiation to closure, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decisions.
• Improve governance, reporting frameworks, and portfolio management processes.
