Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Roseville, CA is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead and support a high-impact regional project portfolio valued at about $15M, spanning 30 to 50+ strategic initiatives aligned with priorities and growth.

Reporting to the Senior Director, PMO, you will oversee project management practices, coach professionals, and ensure delivery across a complex portfolio while guiding executives and stakeholders through risks and changes.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of PMO, portfolio management, or related experience.
• 1-3+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects and programs.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, governance, and best practices.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent organizational skills and executive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing project teams across the PMO.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio through full project lifecycle; drive outcomes.
• Partner with executives and business leaders to align priorities.
• Improve processes, governance, and portfolio reporting.
• Foster clear communication and proactive risk mitigation across teams.
