Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America seeks an experienced PMO Manager to lead a regional portfolio valued at about $15M, guiding 30–50 initiatives. You will report to the Senior Director, PMO, mentor PMs, and elevate project management maturity in a fast-paced environment.

This role blends traditional and Agile methods, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to optimize resources and schedules while influencing strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management, PMO, portfolio management, or related experience.
• 1–3+ years of people leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing project teams, coaching PMs and promoting best practices.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across full lifecycle (initiation to closure).
• Manage interdependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications; support Agile as needed.
