Intact Insurance U.S. is seeking an IT Manager to lead the Corporate IT PMO, overseeing program and project management across the full lifecycle and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

The role requires managing a team of PMs, enforcing governance, and delivering with consistency in a hybrid work model across multiple US offices. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in IT and proven leadership, with strong knowledge of SDLC, governance, and delivery methodologies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field.
• 7–10 years of IT and business experience.
• Prior management or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio/program management, IT applications, and delivery methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid).

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO and PMs, set performance expectations and delivery standards.
• Govern SDLC and project lifecycle across initiation to deployment.
• Maintain artifacts: charters, business cases, RAID logs, test plans, implementation plans, and readiness assessments.
• Define RAG criteria, reporting and escalation across programs and projects.
• Monitor delivery against baselines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and issues; drive corrective actions.
• Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams; escalate material risks and decisions.
