ZipStaff Inc. is hiring an IT Program Manager for Real Estate & Facilities Technology in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on delivering enterprise IWMS, lease administration, CAD/BIM, and workplace solutions across CRE, Stations, Facilities & Accessibility teams.

A strong governance background and vendor coordination are essential. You will bridge IT with corporate real estate operations, manage phase-gates, and forecast labor, vendor, and capital expenditures monthly, with on-site

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project or program management in CRE, Facilities, or Capital Programs.
• Experience with accrual-based budgeting, variance reporting, and monthly forecasting.
• Solid waterfall governance and PMP preferred.
• Hands-on with enterprise capital tools: EPPM Masterworks, e-Builder, Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier.
• Advanced Excel for financial modeling, pivot tables, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Proficient with SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with IWMS/Tririga/Archibus/Planon or similar real estate software.
• Strong communication and vendor coordination; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Real Estate Technology Services roadmap and milestones.
• Manage accrual-based project financials and monthly forecasts for labor, vendors, and capital.
• Lead technology delivery across CRE functions: asset maintenance, lease admin, space, energy, CAD/BIM, digital tools.
• Maintain monthly status updates, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive accomplishments.
• Liaise with business leadership and external vendors to ensure SOW adherence.
• Lead steering committtees and cross-functional working sessions with IT, CRE, and Finance.
