Job summary

Evans & Chambers Technology seeks a Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple IT project teams across web, mobile and digital platforms. You will guide projects from concept through completion, collaborating with designers, developers and strategists in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years PM experience, Jira proficiency, and the ability to facilitate the full software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in IT.
• Experience with software development management tools including Jira.
• Experience in full IT software development lifecycle to ensure effective facilitation at all levels of the project.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with short deadlines.
• Presentation and software demo experience.
• US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more implementation teams for web, mobile and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and strategists to manage projects end-to-end.
• Support teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros).
• Serve as a servant leader to remove impediments and maximize team efficiency.
• Coordinate meetings with product owners to refine backlog and clarify requirements.
• Produce deliverables such as release notes, guides and product sheets.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors and carriers to improve retention.

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with a commitment to excellence to join our team. In this role, you will oversee one or more implementation teams. Collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists, you will manage projects for web, mobile and other digital platforms from concept through completion. We are looking for producers who are problem solvers, extremely detail-oriented, passionate, and motivated to learn and grow with us.

IT Project Manager Responsibilities

• Ability to manage multiple technical teams of software engineers across different programs.
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum environments.
• Support the team during Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retros
• Servant leader to help maximize team efficiency by quickly removing impediments
• Coordinate meetings with the product owner to refine the backlog and clarify requirements
• Produce project deliverables such as release notes, user guides, and product sheets
• Build successful relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers to improve client retention
