Job summary

Zantech is seeking an IT Performance Management SME to contribute to our Operations and Program Management Support Services project in a Hybrid role based out of Ashburn, VA. The role focuses on portfolio oversight, performance analysis, and governance alignment with contract objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT governance, performance management, or program control.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and their application in measuring vendor performance.
• Proven experience developing and analyzing performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs) for large IT service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Performance Management SME as the lead technical/analytical resource for portfolio oversight.
• Develop KPIs and SLAs to measure integrator performance and align with government objectives.
• Provide governance support and translate data into recommendations for governance bodies (ERB, PRR, CCB).
• Support design/implementation of the Performance Management Framework, dashboards, health models, and automated reports.
