Job summary

Zantech is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee a performance management contract for a hybrid role based in Ashburn, VA. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, interface with Government stakeholders, and ensure contract commitments are met.

The PM will lead oversight and analysis of the BEMSD portfolio and vendors. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in program management, 10+ years in leading diverse teams, and a PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, management, or technical field.
• 15+ years of Program/Project Management experience leading enterprise-level programs.
• 10+ years of experience leading multi-disciplined teams on complex projects.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the Contractor team and serve as the single point of contact with Government stakeholders.
• Oversee the Performance Management Framework, dashboards, and analyses for portfolio and vendor performance.
• Ensure staffing levels, quality control, and timely delivery of analytical products and reports.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align efforts with oversight objectives.
