Job summary

Zantech is seeking an IT Performance Management SME for a hybrid role out of Ashburn, VA. You will lead KPI/SLA development, analyze performance data, and support governance decisions for our SDRA program control lens.

Requires a BA/BS in IT-related field and 10+ years in IT governance with ITIL/COBIT experience. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DHS clearance are preferred. This role offers a challenging, fast-paced environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• 10+ years in IT governance, performance management, or program control.
• Experience with ITIL/COBIT frameworks and measuring vendor performance.
• Proven ability to develop and analyze KPIs/SLAs for large IT contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful KPIs and SLAs to measure integrator performance.
• Analyze technical, financial and operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Provide governance support and data-informed recommendations to oversight bodies.
• Assist in designing and implementing the Performance Management Framework and dashboards.
