Job summary

Zantech, a Woman Owned Small Business, is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our upcoming Operations and Program Management Support Services project on a hybrid basis from Ashburn, VA. The PM will act as the single point of contact with Government stakeholders, directing contract management, performance oversight, and team quality assurance.

Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS with 15+ years in enterprise PM, 10+ years leading cross-functional teams, and a PMP certification.

Qualifications

B.A./B.S. in business, management, or technical field.
15+ years of Program/Project Management experience leading enterprise programs.
10+ years leading multi-disciplined teams on high-complexity projects.
Experience developing strategic visions and data-driven performance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership for contract management and execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables.
Direct development of the performance management framework with actionable insights.
Maintain staffing levels and implement quality control across analytical products and reports.
Serve as central point of communication with Government stakeholders to align with oversight objectives.
