Job summary

Zantech, a dynamic Woman Owned Small Business, is looking for an IT Performance Management SME to contribute to our upcoming Operations and Program Management Support Services project for a Hybrid role based out of Ashburn, VA.

The SME will lead technical and analytical portfolio oversight, provide KPI/SLA guidance, perform data analysis, support governance bodies, and assist in implementing the Performance Management Framework, dashboards, health models, and automated reports.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of experience in IT governance, performance management, or a program control environment.
• Demonstrated experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) and their application in measuring vendor performance.
• Proven experience developing and analyzing performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs) for large-scale IT service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Metric and KPI development for meaningful measurement of integrator performance and government objectives.
• Performance data analysis of technical, financial, and operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Governance support by translating data into actionable recommendations for ERB, PRR, and CCB.
• Framework implementation including dashboards, health models, and automated reports.
