Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT partner for Quality and R&D with secondary support for Commercial.
- Build relationships with business and IT stakeholders to understand goals and challenges.
- Translate business needs into requirements, solution options, and roadmaps.
- Support demand intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, and tech investments.
- Coordinate delivery of projects and enhancements with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, data, infra, and apps teams to implement solutions.
- Support lifecycle management, compliance activities, and continuous improvement.
