Job summary

ERMCO Inc. is seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist to create, maintain, and govern detailed documentation for IT and OT infrastructure.

You will translate complex concepts into clear, actionable documents and collaborate with Network Operations, Cybersecurity, and Manufacturing Technology teams. The role emphasizes documentation governance, template creation, and repository management within Microsoft 365/SharePoint, supporting cloud, server, firewall, and OT connectivity solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of technical writing experience.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Visio, and Office applications.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain documentation supporting IT and OT infrastructure.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable documents.
Collaborate with Network Operations, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Engineering, and Manufacturing Technology teams.
