The Technical Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and governing technical documentation supporting both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure. This role ensures that infrastructure standards, procedures, network designs, operational runbooks, disaster recovery documentation, cybersecurity requirements, and project records are accurate, standardized, and accessible. The Technical Documentation Specialist partners with Network Operations, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Engineering, Service Management, and Manufacturing Technology teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable documentation.
This role is remote within the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MI, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WY. Candidates may reside in or relocate to any of these states. Relocation assistance will be provided.
