Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the infrastructure team and own the architecture across our enterprise. You will ensure secure, available, scalable systems while driving improvements in operations, governance, and vendor partnerships.

The role demands deep infrastructure expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering dependable IT services in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience designing, building, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing infrastructure teams.
• Current IT industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Infrastructure team, fostering a positive, accountable, and service-oriented culture.
• Oversee infrastructure operations, processes, and service delivery with SLAs.
• Own and drive infrastructure architecture and standards across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT peers, and vendors to design scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and documentation.
