Job summary

BioUrja Renewables, LLC in Peoria, IL, seeks an IT/OT Service Desk Analyst I to join the Enterprise IT & Security team. You will support users, systems, and plant-floor technologies across IT and OT environments, delivering strong customer service in a 24x7 manufacturing setting.

The role requires troubleshooting incidents, fulfilling service requests, documenting solutions, and escalating as needed, while adhering to SLOs, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support role.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience with a ticketing or ITSM platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for users and technology systems at Peoria facility and White Energy locations.
• Log, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Follow IT service management processes and security standards.
• Collaborate with Tier 2/3, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and OT resources.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, changes, and asset information.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support rotations.
