Job summary

State Industrial Products is seeking an Operations and Support Analyst to monitor system batch jobs, manage incidents, and provide IT support to corporate, warehouse, and field staff. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals, and help install and train users to improve productivity.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of IT operations experience, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in IT operations, systems support, or infrastructure monitoring.
• Proficient with monitoring tools (SAP, SQL, back-up solutions, EDR).

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor corporate application jobs (SAP, SQL) and maintain docs.
• Monitor operational jobs for application, network and infra services.
• Provide SAP application support including analysis and troubleshooting.
• IT support for onsite and remote employees with high quality service.
• Handle multiple concurrent issues via a ticket management system.
• Identify patterns suggesting systemic issues in operations.
• Document and clearly communicate each support request.
• Assist with asset management and processes for system monitoring.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
