Job summary

Estaff LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager with Public Sector experience for a hybrid assignment in Austin, Texas (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Local candidates only.

The role will oversee the deployment of over 800 devices, coordinate with multiple vendors and cross‑functional teams, and report progress to executives and stakeholders to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery. Strong communication and vendor management skills required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience leading hardware deployment or enterprise refresh programs.
• Expertise in SDLC, PMBOK, Agile delivery coordination, change management, and enterprise IT operations.
• Excellent communication with executives, technical teams, and end users; strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and standard workflow tools.
• PMP, CSM, or ITIL certifications.
• Experience with Texas state agencies and statewide IT.

• 8 Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and standard OAG workflow tools.
• PMP, CSM, or ITIL certifications.
• Experience with Texas state agencies.
