Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field or 4 years of experience equivalent to the position.
• Four years of prior people leadership experience.
• Seven years of related functional experience.
• Proficient communication across organizational levels and skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and SLA adherence.
• Lead and develop staff, including managed contractors.
• Coordinate cross-organizational efforts for changes that affect operation.
• Provide SME guidance and stay current with industry trends.
