The role requires managing crew composition, forecasting resources, and steering workforce development.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in design, construction, operations, or maintenance of utility systems.
• Technical expertise in standards and environmental regulations.
• Operational knowledge of work and asset management and analytics.
• Effective communication of strategies to stakeholders.
• Experience working with bargaining unit employees.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and/or be on call.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible safety leadership and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Lead real-time safety accountability through meetings, briefs, audits, and site observations.
• Evaluate performance using efficiency, reliability, and quality metrics and drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process changes and drive adoption in collaboration with teams.
• Provide leadership over crew effectiveness, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain a continuous presence on the work site and help remove barriers.
