Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide workstation support for PCs, printers, phones, and peripherals.
• Update and deploy software and operating systems; coordinate with vendors.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime for users.
• Assist webmaster tasks and manage CMS access and forms.
• Support audio-visual equipment operation and training sessions.
• Administer user accounts and access rights; maintain onboarding docs.
