Job summary

Purpose Financial, Inc. in Greenville, SC seeks an IT Operations Support professional to provide hardware configurations, software deployments, and POS system support aligned with service level agreements.

You will collaborate with Field Operations and the Service Desk, develop operational documentation, and monitor systems 24x7 to deliver Tier 1/2 support. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and technical skills in Windows/Linux/Unix environments.

Qualifications

• AA or AS in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years total experience within IT field or undergrad education equivalent.
• Strong communications and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Windows/Linux/Unix, scripting and DB querying.

Responsibilities

• Identify, communicate, escalate and troubleshoot issues with service providers and customers.
• Cross-train and support diverse team with various specialist roles.
• Support IT operations projects: hardware installations, workstation software deployments, imaging, domain configuration, scripting.
