• Advanced business and executive leadership skills to develop strategies, plans, policies and programs.
• Personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity and caring to inspire and motivate others.

• Drive operational efficiency and labor cost management; implement throughput initiatives.
• Oversee senior leadership and ensure achievement of financial, operational and strategic plans.

• Champion a culture of safety, compliance and patient-centered care.
• Support talent development and succession planning within the region.
• Ensure alignment with Trinity Health mission, values and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with community and state leaders to advance regional goals.
