Job summary

TANDEM LIVING is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support the reliable, secure technology services across the organization. You will provide Tier 1 and advanced Tier 2 support, assist with Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, endpoint management, cybersecurity, system monitoring, and continuous process improvement.

Reporting to the IT Operations Lead, you will bridge end-user support and infrastructure operations, helping maintain a safe and efficient technology environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• At least 3 years IT support in business or healthcare environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of networking, endpoint management, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for staff and residents for technical assistance.
• Respond to Tier 1 requests for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Escalate Tier 2 issues with advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
