The ideal candidate has an associate degree (bachelor preferred), strong customer service, and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Apps and Windows, with occasional travel to nearby sites as needed.

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Proven top-notch customer service and IT background.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; project management preferred.
• Willingness to learn, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 Apps and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT contact for Manufacturing work requests; coordinate IT and Manufacturing communication.
• Provide on-site support for Manufacturing processes and create workarounds for issues.
• Support imaging, backup, and recovery for critical Manufacturing systems.
• Escalate incidents and manage Help Desk escalations per procedures.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for IT Help Desk escalations.
