Qualifications

• High school diploma with technical education or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2–4 years IT/technical support in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with operating systems, databases, and production-related technologies.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, and TCP/IP networking.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support production systems to reduce downtime and scrap.
• Maintain broadcast, error-proofing systems, printers, and production interfaces.
• Manage backup hardware, software, and spare parts for critical production systems.
• Assist with IT-related projects including VA/VE and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document activities and ensure compliance with company processes and safety requirements.
