Job summary

Alpaca is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to deliver end-to-end support across macOS, Windows, and Linux. You will own MDM, patch management, and endpoint security within a Zero Trust framework, and you will build automations to streamline provisioning, access, and asset management.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT operations, strong scripting skills, cloud experience (GCP/AWS), and familiarity with Terraform.
