Job summary

HireArt is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support its TechOps function in a real-time Fusion Center in Las Vegas, NV. This on-site role focuses on capturing and improving technical workflows that sustain real-time operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and documentation skills with hands-on experience in systems, networking, or operations workflows, and can clearly communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong technical documentation and analytical skills.

• Hands-on experience in two of: Windows workstation support, real-time operations/command center, TCP/IP networking or systems administration, web app/infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Ability to complete a background check and work onsite in a secure facility.

Job description

Expected compensation: 54.34 USD Per Hour

HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find an IT Operations Specialist to support its Technical Operations (TechOps) function within a real-time Fusion Center environment in Las Vegas, NV.

In this role, you’ll work onsite in a secure, mission-critical operations center to capture, document, and improve the technical workflows that support real-time operations. You’ll analyze system interactions and dependencies, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate across technical and operational teams to streamline processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical documentation skills with hands-on experience in systems, networking, or operations workflows. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment and communicating complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As An IT Operations Specialist, You’ll

• Shadow and document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.
• Map technical processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
• Develop clear process documentation and recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong technical documentation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
  • Windows workstation support
  • Real-time operations or command-center environments
  • TCP/IP networking or systems administration
  • Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting
• Ability to work onsite in a secure facility and successfully complete a required background check

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in an NOC, SOC, Operations Center, or equivalent 24/7 support environment
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms
• Experience collaborating with DevOps or infrastructure teams
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience
