Job summary

City of Richland is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem, networks, servers, desktops, mobile devices, phones, software, hardware, and IT equipment while ensuring end users receive effective IT assistance and support.

You will set policies and goals under the Information Technology Manager and provide continuous supervision to assigned personnel. The role is strictly on-site with no hybrid option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in information systems or related field.
• 6+ years of IT networking or enterprise operations infrastructure.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365 ecosystem, networks, servers, desktops, mobile devices, phones and IT equipment.
• Set policies and goals under the Information Technology Manager and guide staff accordingly.
• Provide end-user support to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
• Supervise assigned personnel and coordinate with other city departments.
