Job summary

City of Richland is seeking an IT Manager-level professional to oversee the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem, network, servers, PCs, mobile devices and related IT assets. You will enforce policies and goals under the IT Manager, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality end-user support and infrastructure operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in IT networking or enterprise operations, including supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field with 6+ years in IT networking or enterprise operations infrastructure.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Equivalent education/experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the City's Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem, network, servers, desktop PCs, mobile devices, phones, software and hardware.
• Set policies and goals under the direction of the Information Technology Manager.
• Provide end-user IT support and supervision of assigned personnel; ensure timely, effective service.
