Job summary

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Colorado is seeking a strategic technology leader to drive IT operations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure excellence across multiple locations. You will guide teams, optimize services, and partner with executive leadership to align technology with business goals.

You will advance Microsoft 365, manage devices and deployments, and foster innovation while ensuring reliability, security, and operational discipline in a complex hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT/technology operations or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to guide technical teams and develop talent.
• Strong foundation in networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery.
• Experience with cloud technologies and modern SaaS environments.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead & evolve IT operations with a multi-year roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve services.
• Leverage data, AI, and partnerships for efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with the CIO on budgets, forecasts, and investments.
• Lead organizational changes with clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
