Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a Mid-Senior IT Manager to oversee the design, development, and implementation of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure in Washington, DC.

You will lead a team of IT professionals, collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs, manage operations from security to backups, and drive policy, training, and updates to keep systems secure and compliant. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in an IT management role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, databases, and cloud computing.
• Experience managing complex projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading IT teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and develop solutions.
• Manage and monitor all IT operations including network security, data backup, and hardware/software upgrades.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
• Train employees on new systems and technologies as needed.
• Manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and recommend improvements.
