Box is seeking an IT Operations PMO professional to drive scalable project delivery across IT. You will own projects and workstreams from intake to closeout, delivering clear plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and success criteria.

You will partner with technical and business teams, maintain dashboards and status reporting in Jira, Airtable, and other PMO tools, and help improve processes with Kanban, Agile practices, and automation.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of hands-on program management experience with technology, IT, business systems, or cross-functional projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned IT projects and workstreams from intake through closeout with clear delivery plans.
• Coordinate across technical and business partners to drive decisions and next steps.
• Maintain project status, dashboards, and metrics using Jira, Airtable, Box, and PMO tools.
• Prepare status reports and ensure documentation is current and proportional to complexity.
• Support Kanban, flow visibility, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery concerns early and suggest improvements.
