Job summary

Box, a leader in Intelligent Content Management, is seeking a PM II to own enterprise and line-of-business workflows in the SF Bay Area. You will drive strategy, roadmaps, and platform capabilities to deliver value at scale.

You will ship templates, data models, agents, skills, and integrations, and push AI-native workflows with human-in-the-loop review. Collaborate with Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Workday, and SAP to embed Box workflows where work happens.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in workflow automation or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM features with human-in-the-loop design.
• Understanding security/compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GxP) requirements.
• Domain depth in financial services, life sciences, public sector, legal, or HR.
• Ability to design for both IT buyer and business buyer.

Responsibilities

• Work on strategy and roadmap for enterprise and LOB workflows; set a multi-year vision and define platform capabilities.
• Land line-of-business solutions by function and industry; ship templates, data models, agents, skills and integrations.
• Make workflows AI-native with AI agents, extraction, and classification; include human-in-the-loop review and guardrails.
• Integrate with ecosystem; collaborate with Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Workday, and SAP; shape APIs and connectors.
• Stay close to customers and GTM; translate field feedback into clear requirements; support positioning, packaging and launches.
