Job summary

Peraton seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a combined team delivering SITEC3 Enterprise O&M services at Camp H.M. Smith, supporting USSOCOM. You will manage NetOps, Campus networks, and Unified Communications, ensuring high quality customer service and SLA adherence across global end users 24x7x365.

You will mentor technical specialists, coordinate with operations teams, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with senior leadership expectations and project goals.

Qualifications

• DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT II certification.
• Experience in Service Desk and Current Operations.
• Experience managing teams up to 15 employees with broad technical skillsets.
• Experience supporting VIP users and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned teams.
• Coordinate resources and workforce for daily operations and projects.
• Ensure Service Requests are assigned and resolved per priority and SLA.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams and escalation points.
• Recommend training and professional development for team members.
• Develop and implement cross-training programs to increase capability.
• Build relationships with senior end-users and translate requirements to J6.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for common tasks.
• Reallocate resources to meet changing needs and surges.
• Assess and improve toolsets used for troubleshooting and remote support.
• Champion continuous improvement in all customer support activities.
