Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience leading IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage teams (employees and 3rd party providers) to support distribution center systems.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills with excellent communication.
• Hands-on problem solving and ability to coach staff for performance.
• Experience balancing business needs with IT reliability and uptime.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance IT Operations team in supporting DC production systems and projects.
• Oversee end-user computing, devices, wireless infrastructure, and mobile hardware.
• Partner with DC Operations leadership to maximize system uptime and performance.
• Coach and develop staff; set objectives and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with IT leaders on infrastructure, security, and help-desk operations.
