Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years supporting retail systems in a complex environment.
• Experience with supply chain distribution systems.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, maintain, configure, secure and support hardware platforms, operating systems, and network components.
• Develop and deliver timely solutions to problems to keep IT moving forward.
• Plan and execute performance baselines, monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to supported users.
• Perform configuration and release management for hardware/software.
