Job summary

Gratsy is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our internal technology environment in Bentonville. You will oversee infrastructure, networking, end-user technology, Apple Business Manager, asset lifecycle, and our third-party IT partner relationships.

You will drive SOC 2 compliance efforts, manage AI tool usage, and guide technology planning with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong experience with IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise end-user technology.
• Experience with Apple environments and Apple Business Manager preferred.
• Experience managing technology assets and device lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, service delivery, and reliability of critical systems and networks.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networking, connectivity, end-user tech, and lifecycle needs.
• Administer Apple Business Manager and manage Apple devices provisioning, security, and retirement.
• Coordinate with Third-Party IT Partner for service delivery, projects, and audits.
• Lead SOC 2 compliance initiatives and audit coordination.
• Oversee AI tool environment, access, security, and usage standards.
• Manage conference room and office A/V tech to support meetings and leadership.
• Collaborate on tech strategy, budgeting, vendor evaluation, and modernization.
