Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an Assistant IT Support Lead at Fort Bragg, NC to support IT Operations, cybersecurity functions, RMF/ATO activities, vulnerability management, and incident response. SECRET clearance required.

You will work with system administrators and network engineers to ensure secure and resilient IT services, maintaining RMF artifacts and ensuring DoD security alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Cybersecurity or related field
• ISSO (722) Intermediate/Advanced level certification with 20 CPD hours annually
• Knowledge of RMF, NIST, FISMA, PCI DSS
• Experience with RMF package management in DoD environments
• Vulnerability assessment and remediation processes
• System security engineering and incident response planning
• Windows/Linux OS security and hardening techniques

Responsibilities

• Support IT Operations Branch cybersecurity functions and DoD security requirements.
• Assist RMF/ATO activities including documentation, compliance tracking, and package submission.
• Conduct vulnerability scans, coordinate remediation actions, and maintain continuous monitoring requirements.
• Support system hardening, configuration management, and security architecture planning.
• Contribute to incident response efforts and ensure timely reporting and resolution.
• Maintain RMF artifacts, audit materials, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with system admins, network engineers, and mission support teams to ensure secure IT operations.
