Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is required, or an associate degree with 10 years of IT lead experience.
• Current DCWF ISSM-level certification (722) at Intermediate/Advanced level; 20 CPD hours annually.
• 4 years in a formal supervisory role managing technical teams for military information systems.
• Program management experience including task delegation, performance tracking, and personnel development.
• Experience overseeing complex datacenter environments (server virtualization, network, storage).

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Operations Branch and serve as the designated point of contact for all IT support functions.
• Develop, maintain, and submit documentation required for the enclave’s Authorization to Operate (ATO).
• Coordinate with the Government ISSM and ensure compliance with cybersecurity directives and policies.
• Provide technical leadership and direct oversight of IT personnel supporting mission systems.
• Ensure system availability, security, and performance across the SOMTC infrastructure.
• Manage incident response actions and maintain continuous cybersecurity readiness.
• Oversee vulnerability assessments, risk mitigation, and system security improvements.
• Maintain operational continuity through DR/BCP planning and execution.
• Ensure adherence to all DoD information assurance, cybersecurity, and confidentiality requirements.
