Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Experience working with or alongside a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, endpoint management, and enterprise IT support.
• Experience developing or improving IT support processes, ticket workflows, or operational procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Self-motivation to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Own IT support ticket intake, triage, prioritization, assignment, and escalation.
• Coordinate issue resolution across internal IT resources and the MSP.
• Generate operational reports and dashboards showing ticket volumes, response times, SLAs, and recurring issues.
• Design, implement, document, and improve IT operational processes.
• Serve as the MSP's primary operational liaison and optimize MSP utilization.
• Participate in technology projects, including acquisitions and integrations, and provide project coordination.
• Support governance and continuous improvement in IT operations and controls.
• Provide systems administration for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and endpoint management.
