Job summary

Sunbelt Modular Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Lead to design and mature IT support and service delivery, coordinating day-to-day IT operations and MSP partnerships. The role blends strong technical knowledge with leadership to improve workflows and IT performance.

The successful candidate will help establish repeatable processes, provide visibility into IT metrics, and drive data-driven decisions across the organization, with limited travel to facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Experience working within or alongside a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, endpoint management, and enterprise IT support.
• Experience developing or improving IT support processes, ticket workflows, or operational procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Limited travel to company facilities may be required as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Own IT support ticket intake, triage, prioritization, assignment, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate internal IT resources with the MSP for issue resolution.
• Generate reports and dashboards on ticket volumes, response times, SLAs, and trends.
• Design and implement standardized IT operational processes and SOPs.
• Support technology projects across infrastructure and business operations.
• Assist with acquisitions, including technology integration and user onboarding.
• Support governance and continuous improvement of IT operations.
