Job summary

ShipMonk is seeking an experienced IT Lead to own day-to-day IT operations across our office and warehouse environments. You will guide IT Support Specialists, remain hands-on with troubleshooting, and own escalations, vendor relationships, and cross-site initiatives to scale the support function.

The role requires leadership of a team, strong experience with Okta, G-Suite Admin tools, MDM platforms, and asset lifecycle management. On-call coverage and peak-season readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT in mixed warehouse and corporate settings.
• Hands-on in hardware, software, networks, and security controls.
• Proven ability to own vendor relationships and multi-site IT programs.

Responsibilities
